In 2023, SMC officially launched an AI-based AD analysis system, which can analyze the effectiveness of advertising in real time and automatically adjust the delivery strategy to ensure the maximum use of the customer’s advertising budget. The AI system uses machine learning algorithms to continuously optimize advertising time, audience and creative content, so as to improve the effectiveness of advertising. The launch of the system was widely praised by customers and quickly became one of the core competencies of SMC. Many customers report an increase in advertising returns (ROAS) by more than 40% when using the system.
On November 10, 2025, SMC APP Nepal received an official notice from the Nasdaq Stock Exchange and the Joint Taxation Authority of the United States and Nepal, stating that the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) application has been temporarily suspended due to the incomplete progress of employee tax certification.
